Gort – Glenavy Win Minor ‘C’ Final

It was all one way traffic in the Minor C Camogie final at Tir na nÓg on Saturday as the Gort-Glenavy combination proved way to strong for Rasharkin.

Two early goals from Brogan Crossan were added to with points from Anna McCann (2), Blaithin Cahill, Cliodhna Mulvenna and Mairin Kearney before Rasharkin got their only score of the game from a 45

Leading by 2-5 to 0-1 at half time Gort-Glenavy pushed on with second half goals from Cahill and Crossan plus points from Crossan (2) and McCann (2) to seal an emphatic victory.
